Painting - Commons Buildings and Garages
Michael Cho will paint sometime in July. We'll use Sherwin Williams paints, according to the schedule of colors originally used when Danielson Grove was constructed.
The cost of painting is funded by our capital reserve. According to the study performed in 2014, paint and caulk on the commons buildings is expected to last roughly 12 years. When we paint in July, it will have been 11 years since it was originally painted, so we are roughly one year ahead of schedule. We expect the second coat of paint to last longer than the first.
